Supreme Court of the UK all 11 of them said it was illegal, and opened Parliament up again. Only difference is he is still allowed to continue lying and cheating as much as he can, whereas he'd have been locked in the tower when even you were still in your disposable nappies.

Do you understand the difference between illegal and unlawful, Os? It was found to be unlawful because there was no previously written law governing this area.

Hitchens P has written some pretty good stuff about the unanimity of the Supreme Court judges which I agree with, but you will not.

The border town of Ras al-Ain was targeted minutes after President Erdogan launched Turkey’s third war on Kurdish forces in Syria, on his Twitter accountKerem Kocalar/Anadolu Agency/Getty Images
Turkish warplanes began bombing Kurdish targets in northeasten Syria today, as President Erdogan began his long-threatened war on the West’s chief ally against Islamic State.
Announcing the move on his Twitter account, he said the offensive, codenamed Operation Peace Spring, would “prevent a terror corridor being established on our southern border and bring peace and stability to the region”.
Within minutes planes were striking Kurdish positions in Ras al-Ain, a Syrian town on the border controlled by Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), the Kurdish-dominated coalition with which the US partnered against Isis.

This guy is a ****ing imbecile - FFS, did no-one think to brief him that the Kurds were an indigenous race at the time of WW2 and found it a "bit difficult" to mobile their naval, airborne and ground forces to help in 1944.....

There have long been rumours about his mental health, but he now seems to be totally losing his grip on reality. They need to get rid of him asap.

Call it what you want, semantics is perhaps the correct word, sorry. There were both precedents and practise enough to make it illegal, Boris knew it.

I’m sorry, but that’s utter tosh. Yes, there were precedents, largely by Labour PMs, but nobody ever challenged these in court before. Had that been the case then his actions would’ve been illegal. But that wasn’t the case.

It matters not a jot that Johnson’s motives were political - I’m sure they were - but political doesn’t mean illegal.

Read Hitchens P on the subject. I know you won’t. :)

You better off reading Viz or better still a old version of the Beano

    Both unavailable?

    Then start with the Bible

All answers are in these books
