Hopefully we have thought this through rather than a knee jerk reaction , it’s easy to sack someone but identifying who is going to replace Jack Ross is a whole different question , remember he was Scottish Manager of the year when he came to SAFC . We need whoever is appointed to hit the ground running and get the new manager bounce as we can’t afford to fall any further behind in the league table . Football can be cruel Ross took us to Wembley twice last season and has lost less games than most managers over the last 70 or so games . I hope we target someone like Chris Hughton rather than a more inexperienced manager , we can’t afford to get another appointment wrong .

Scouting system was stripped right back. I think we had a few people to scout opposition ahead of games, but no national (never mind international) network
The more I listen to SD, the more I think he knows this club is out of his league and wealth base. He has done a great job with what he come in to, but get a sale Stewart, make a few quid, you have earned it and then find a club like Oxford where you are in your comfort zone
