More likely Harry ****espout blogging about how crap our merch is, so his boneheaded followers flock to our store to see how crap our merch is so they can report back to their moron council to agree that our merch is crap like he told them it was and they're so glad he can think for them

Might be NFL related, given the timing.

A rare opportunity to sit in the away end, which obviously won't actually be the away end, as there won't be one.
Should be some weird chants to go with it.

Bookies only offering evens on Stoke winning today v Swansea. The bookies knew the result before kick-off......How did they know that is the question that must be asked.

Fiddling in The English Leagues? Surely not. I'm wondering why Stoke were at the bottom anyway. Spursyitis I wonder?

I think of this like I do Jazz. Prodigiously talented, skills that everyone else can only dream of, but sooooo boring.

Think the club are paying the price for not making ticket packages available for the CL games like they did for the first 2 years at wembley.

After season ticket holders having a week to book their ticketss, one hotspur plus and one hotspur members having 5 and 4 days (respectively) to book theirs, there are still thousands available for the Red Star Belgrade match which takes plsce in two weeks.

Members have recieved emails offering us the opportunity to book a further 4 tickets....(no tickets can go one general sale!) This shows how hard they are finding it to sell the tickets.

Not surprised I have been a Pizza Express customer since they had only 3 restaurants in London. Met Peter Boizot the founder many times. They were taken over by a Chinese Fund in 2015 I understand and it was immediately apparent that it was now run like a corporation and what disappeared was the personal genius originally created by Boizot. They managed to move it out of it's market niche into the main stream occupied by Pizza Hut, Dominoes etc etc it was only a matter of time before they went down. You may not like jazz SD but the Pizza Express had created a fairly sophisticated night out with wine and Italian food for not a lot of money and the music was an important part of it. Shame.

The thing with PE is that it's in the middle: a step above Pizza Hut but a step below Zizzi or Strada, and much like Prezzo found out a year or so ago it's the chains in the middle that find themselves in trouble in times of depression as they are neither cheap & cheerful nor are they a place where you acknowledge spending a bit more is worth it

I'd also suggest that overexpanding has a lot to do with it, for example I pass at least four branches between Charing Cross and Tottenham Court Road and that's clearly too many, which becomes especially obvious when you see how empty the Wardour Street branch always seems to be

I am not trying to minimize Lloris's injury but I do remember seeing quite commonly rugby players and footballers suffering dislocated arms and shoulders and the 'trainer' rushing on and the whole crowd wincing as the offending bones were thumped back into shape, the player then carried on with the game. Now maybe Lloris's injury maybe of a different order but nobody would ram it back into place now would they. He will be out for the rest of the year and not back after a cup of tea and a sit down at half time. Different world.

So many serious injuries in football these days - grazed ankles, ruffled hair, bruised egos...
    It's terrible.

There does seem to be an outbreak of footballers studs stamping on other footballers legs and feet. Accidental, naturally!
