Just having a spot of lunch and the eternal question regarding Ryvita ..... butter on flat side or the side with the indentations? Discuss I know which I go for .....
Do you have a bicycle which you would use more if it wasn't such a bleeding effort getting up those hills. Well how about a quick e-bike conversion? Have a look at this. Just launched:
For anyone like me who likes a “bit of butter” it’s a no brainer ...... you get a lot more butter on the indentation side
Whilst I agree with the sentiment, I don't think a lot will change by deleting stuff. Over the last 5 years we have refreshed our hardware in our 24-7 data centre twice. Each time we have acquired more storage for less power and more servers using less hardware, using virtual machines/virtual NAS etc. The hardware is also becoming more efficient - we use lower power storage systems compared to the storage hanging off a high powered server. I don't have the figures but I would estimate that we have trebled our storage capacity and halved the power consumption. These data centres have to be on 24/7, this will not change. GDPR helps and hinders storage of data as well. However, as a well known supermarket says "every little helps" so it's not a bad thing to do, but I think there are a lot more pressing areas to save energy God I sound bah humbug don't I
A few moths back I found a little cheese in Aldi. Mini roule with black pepper and paprika... oh my it’s heaven.
Well!! What do you expect! This is worse than not messaging me about a row; not messaging me about a foodie chat! FFS!
Were they actually selling it, or was it just, sort of lying around looking delicious? You've got to watch out for unscrupulous cheese dealers - they lure you in with "gateway" cheeses like that, and before you know it, you're buying Casu Marzu
