Depends on your perspective... if you have just had a heart attack or perhaps a close member of your family has … would you like the Ambulance to turn up with just two wheels?
It used to drive me mad commuting every day to London. I felt like a cow being herded. Since I have been retired I have found the countryside and enjoy the great outdoors. Plus I have bought a flat overlooking the sea in Scarborough. I have got tenants in at the moment just to get some quick money together. They are going at the end of the year. Myself and my Wife will be spending more time up there.
Sad to say it, but Orpington has all but “gone”. Unrecognisable. I’ll be out of here as soon as I pack up work.
Whilst it is not something I talk about much, it has been pleasing that people tend to not mock what I did.
