Boris suggests the extension length required, the EU accept or reject it.

Parliament are the ones suggesting 31st Jan 2020.

When is Politics Politics when idiots take the PM to court to satisfy their own needs.

When are the remoaners going to wake up, they cannot pass a law that over rules EU law. No deal remains the default option if an agreement hasn't been reached, that's article 50 and EU law.

What Brexit has revealed is, how many dummies we have in Parliament, and around the country.

    This may help a bit.

Basically, the remoaners know everything's not airtight so are still trying.

Not really all it did was say that Johnson has said he will obey the law and so no need for the court to determine what the punishment would be. Courts tend not to work on hypotheses

Same as the previous one for my comments. What we were discussing was that the European Union (Withdrawal) (No2) Act 2019 required an extension to be requested to the 31st Jan 2020 and my statement that this was required by the act and not a suggestion. What you have posted are a couple of videos relating to the action in the Scottish Court who judged that Johnson had agreed to abide by the law. Perhaps there are legal options available to him to enable him not to comply with the European Union (Withdrawal) (No2) Act 2019 and comply with the law.
