Always an excuse for a trip down memory lane. Credit where it's due to Huddersfield for this old match report.

Well worth another read >>> http://www.htfc-world.com/reports/Hull/hull151103.htm

It includes a reference to a classic HDM headline.

They were doing ‘mauled’, with hand actions, by the end of the game.

Got my tix last Sat out the biscuit tin in club shop- in the block nearest the corner

Where are these tix for ?

Dunno, this is the only block we've got at the moment

Looks like they opened up a second biscuit tin and then a third one, with the best views in the the middle of the stand, which looks less crowded than the crowded ones nearer the corner.

Th early bird catches the turd it seems.

    Sort it out City

All in all another poor day in Huddersfield, clowns to the left of us jokers to the right.

Anyone on here attend the 5-0 drubbing Chrtsmas 1980 where we were 4-0 down by half time.

Two unexpected heavy defeats in the noughties also when Jon Stead and co took the piss.

I bet they wish they could play us every week - we crumpled yesterday like an Italian coalition government, to the delight of their happy clappers who reacted like it was their cup final.

Used to a decent club in a decent ground, but now it ticks most of the boxes for a **** modern one. Didn't see it as I was on my way out but could hear from inside, their team doing one of those crazy hold hands curtain bow type things that go down well in Switzerland and Germany.

My first away game with mates. Stood on open terrace. Pissed down all day if I remember correctly. Dreadful game. Happy days.

I suspect that 'udders' might have been offering them a lot more than City or the Wendies, hence a no brainer..They'll be up there, if not this season, defo next.

The 0-4 reverse at 'udders' when Taylor was on England duty was probably marginally worse than that crap yesterday.

I assume Irvine was injured ?

I don't see the point of paying Henriksen and not considering him for selection , is he training with the kids ?

Back in Aus. Something to do with family. Stewart, MH and Irvine would be a very decent midfield - with Batty in reserve. Really disappointed so far with Honeyman

That’s honey man who can’t play it and lopes too, maybe theyre. good players who can’t do the role asked?
Maybe it’s the position? Only Irvine appears to have the legs to do it and that was
When we had henriksen and batty as the two fixed centre mids

Honeyman had played well before being sub'd. It was more to do with a change to 442

We created literally nothing yesterday, Henriksen at least has the ability to create and distribute from the middle of the park.
