This opinion is just that - an opinion. We were talking about the legal states of guilt & innocence. Key phrase is binary states - in the eyes of the law, you can only be one or the other. And as you've now been told 17 times, you are always presumed innocent until found guilty. If the prosecution case fails to convict you, the Judge implicitly confirms no change in legal status in his closing comments - i.e. you remain innocent. It's so simple! How can you be simpler than this?
