    Date confirmed for Liverpool v Arsenal Carabao Cup tie

    Liverpool's Carabao Cup fourth-round clash with Arsenal will be played on Wednesday October 30, kick-off 7.30pm GMT at Anfield.


    The Reds set up a meeting with their fellow Premier League club by beating Milton Keynes Dons 2-0 away from home last week.

    Sky Sports will show the game against the Gunners live.

    Ticket details for the tie will be released on Liverpoolfc.com in due course.

    I think that I stated that in quite an obvious way in the first post <doh>

    Couldn’t give a cr@p about the smaller competitions, our squad isn’t big enough to go deep in all.

    I didn't watch the game as I have a life, but I just read the report and apparently Ollie says they deserved to have won, despite not having a shot on target.
    No surprise that they're not doing very well when the basic principles of the game seem to have eluded him.
