Sorry, forgot to say: He's a crook. I don't care if he's a racist crook or a non-racist crook. A crook is is a crook is a crook. So what good has he done? I honestly have no idea. I suspect we may have different definitions of 'good.
No one would have any interest in a program about what he hasn't done, look at Jock ranting about him, then admits he's no idea about what he's done, the looney left have declared him guilty and are just looking for what he might be guilty of.
First of all, I was not ranting. What I did was comment on what I know he has done. A perfectly correct course of action. I don't know what else he's done, so haven't commented on that. Why do you consider this to be questionable? The looney left may have declared him guilty, but so have several judges. How many judges have declared him innocent?
Do judges declare people innocent ? have you ever been declared innocent by a judge ? I would guess he's been declared innocent as many times as you.
If someone is found not guilty by the jury, the Judge then declares them to be innocent. That's in the UK - there is an exception in Scots law. This is largely what I gather from the media, as I've never stood before a Judge.
Are you sure, don't believe that at all, if you're not guilty, means there is not enough evidence to prove you did something, doesn't mean you didn't do it as in innocent. Looked it up, your wrong again(no surprise there)
The trumping legal argument is that you are innocent until proven guilty. If not found guilty, you are then by this definition innocent. That bit I am absolutely clear on. It is a fundamental of UK law. Are you suggesting that it is not the case? Dying to hear this one.
You are assumed innocent until proven guilty, but being found not guilty is just that, found not guilty not innocent.
So the 'innocent until proven guilty' judicial fundamental doesn't exist in Chesh's world, then? Just as well it does in the real world, eh?
