Interesting read but I think Bailey Wright's (I don't wish anyone harm) injury is a blessing. A) I don't rate him a Championship defender and B) Taylor Moore is getting valuable match time and who, quite likely, would have been on the bench if Wright had been fit. A point tonight would be brilliant.

Good point against the run off play. Brentford were at a different level. I watched the Leeds v WBA game last night, both teams are at a different level to us. Goal scorer required now.
Call me negative if you like; however, if we are to be a top 2, or even top 6 side this year, we should be winning these games. Whilst we only have 1 defeat, we have drawn 4 of 10 games this season. Points wise we would have been better winning 2 and losing 2, so staying unbeaten is not the be-all and end-all. If you draw all 46 games in a season, you will be a lot closer to the bottom than the top, we need to not be afraid to lose in the quest to win!
I work on the basis of win your home games and draw your away games, 92pts will win the league most seasons. So we are a point behind that. Bearing in mind also that we have played 4 at home and 6 away, I think its been a decent start to the season

please explain baffling you made a statement I gave the pts for home and away projected to season end … [ you stated at present our points equate to 92 ] in answer to your next comment :- I work on the basis of win your home games and draw your away games, 92pts will win the league most seasons. So we are a point behind that. I did the sums based on present equated to 46 games ...viz 10 games played 17 pts gained = 1.7 pt per game [ so far ] we play 46 so 1.7 x 46 = 78.2 thus is not a pt but -14 short of 92 or 17/10 = 1.7 x 46 = 78.2 the reason there is a difference between the 75 and the 78 is due to the sides of the equation not being equal … [should we win or draw or even lose our next 2 home without playing an away game both sides would be in balance ] Hope that takes the baffle out .. it is quite exhausting!!!
