Hopefully he pulls a stunt like he did when he was at PSG and punches a copper.

With a bit of luck he might do some time.

Well, that was a ****ing disgrace, wasn't it?
The stupid ****ing diamond, no holding player and no creative midfielder and we lose. Shock.
I don't even blame the players any more.

That doesn't make my point nonsense. I agree we gave them goal chances through errors but we also created a lot of our own. The game was a lot more even than the scoreline.

    From the BBC

"In terms of expected goals, Opta tell us Bayern would have been expected to score 1.36 goals from their chances. They scored seven.

Spurs' xG was actually higher - 1.97."

So even with all our mistakes, on the balance of play we would normally win 2-1.

I could see that from watching the game.....

As in the Leicester match the diamond led to us creating more chances than the opposition. The only thing Bayern were better at than us was finishing.

We should have been two or three up before they scored. They were absolutely clinical in front of goal 7 goals from 10 shots on target as opposed to 2 from 8. The worst part was the lack of fight and poor technique. Winks should have been subbed at half time. Whatever his pros and cons debated on here he was useless tonight. Was Tanguy injured or running out of steam because I couldn’t comprehend his withdrawal. Do it him Poch can do better? Yes but not with a lot of these players. We need to bring in another magnificent seven,

The Leicester match that we lost and in which we had less shots and less shots on target than them?
It gave Lamela lots of space in the first half, because Rodgers made a mistake.
He corrected it at half-time and we didn't change quickly enough to respond.

In the first 30 mins Ndombele was always available for Winks and usually did something good when he got possession. After that he really faded. Taking someone off because they have tired is really sensible. Taking people off based on how they have played so far is stupid.

7 goals due to the tactics alone?

I saw a lot of individual half arsed efforts out on the pitch aswell.

No point discussing it tonight...looks like there’s a lot to absorb.

Something is massively ****ed up behind the scenes that we don’t quite know about.

Poor tactics and team selection, as well as ongoing **** results affecting the confidence of the players.
The system leaves the fullbacks completely isolated and exposed and there's no cover when it happens.
This weird Winks as Jorginho role doesn't help either him or the team.

I am doing my best. I thought we played really well in the first half and got undone by two wonder goals, the second of which only happened because of a lucky bounce in the area. In the first 10 mins of the second half we made two big errors which they punished. Up until 80 mins I still thought we might get a draw. We had no choice but to take risks then....so they were bound to have a chance of a fifth which they duly despatched. In terms of the tournament losing 7-2 is no worse than losing 1-0 so I am glad we went for it.
If we get nine points from the other matches we are still certain to go through.
