Breaking bad is probably the greatest series I’ve ever watched. Better call Saul.... only really like the Mike/Gus dynamic. I find the Saul parts a bit slow. Still really enjoy it though.
Should be good, although you wonder how they're going to get Walt in the film. Loved Breaking Bad but thought BCS was far too slow and nothing actually happens.
Better call Saul is good especially the Mike story lines , bit tricky getting characters 11 years after Breaking bad series 1 to play themselves pre Breaking bad after aging 11 years pretending to be younger . Jesse Pinkman is fat now I think .
Yeah true. Isn't the story immediately after BB ends, so Jesse escapes and is on the run in his car... funnily enough that's why it's called El Camino. I liked BCS but just found it poor in comparison to BB. Still a good show though.
I think a gus fring origin story would have been a lot better! Or even a ‘rise of the Salamanca’s’ style thing
I imagine they'll be further films exploring some other characters like Gus. Unless this flops, which is a possibility as Netflix are ****ing terrible.
Too much of an emphasis on Kim Wexler and her legal career backstory. Seems like they had to concentrate on a strong female character to appease the woke , Saul Goodman was brilliant because he was a hilarious bent lawyer. I don't really want to see his fragile caring side . The Law practice story line at times were a snoozefest. Still one of the best things to watch over the last few years though and looking forward to the next season.
If they try to make a film about Gustavo in his early years with an actor 12 years older then it just gets daft .
