We have to trust that Klopp knows what he's doing. We've got some great young talent coming through already who already know the club, the methods, the philosophy and who want to be here. Like Klopp I don't want players who don't want us over everyone else. You want to see commitment from the start. Early days yet but players like Pepe haven't looked like having any impact. If you've got youngsters ready or on the verge, best to save your money and develop them.
Totally agree and a that would also be my preference in terms of building for the future, I think most of us have a certain love of players who come through the ranks and into the 1st team like Trent. Also have 100% trust in klopps ability to improve any players the club put forward to him for possible purchase, of course he was offered the chance to sign players this year, for whatever reasons he though mitos list was a bit Meh and wanted to give the chance to a few players who could make the grade in his opinion. All for that.
I never bought the 'rift' between them (or whatever it was being called. Mane hates being substituted with a passion. Lots of players do obviously but he hates it more than most. It was easy for him to transfer that passion onto Salah not passing to him but he didn't fool me
I don't think you see enough of that in football these days, aguero and pep had a shouting match this season and as fun as it was to take the piss for a few days and say that their relationship was now doomed, we all no its just what happens in football at times especially when winners are involved I watch a lot of behind the scenes stuff and honestly I'm yet to see a training session or lunch or breakfast in the canteen or a passing in the corridor at melwood where smiles and hand slaps and hugs are not exchanged between all. As I say on the prem board when I post the hug vids, "such togetherness".. They love it obviously
