    Good news but I really think he's not ready for 90 mins of football .. players like him and Marveaux shouldn't be rushed in and used too much after a serious injury or we'll pay for it on the long term...

    Has anyone heard anything about Santon? It was rumoured that he was going to out for about a month; then they said it was not as bad as first thought and it is not connected with previous injuries.

    I'd personally bring him on in the second half, UNLESS Pardew really does think he's fit enough to start. He might well be.

    Mark Douglas has just tweeted "See Sunday Sun tomorrow 4 an interesting Santon update". I am praying that it is something like he will be able to play against Forest or Blackburn.
