I had a similar experience. I worked in a well known bar in Bmth in the 80s and on my night off my mate (who was behind the bar) asked me "what do you want to drink?". "Southern Comfort and Lemonade" I replied. He took the bottle off the optic, poured it in a pint glass and topped it with Lemonade. It looked like a pint of lager. That was the last time I ever drunk it.
Down the side street by where you are is a pub called the Waterloo (used to be years ago if not changed)....always a warm welcome back in the day.
I used to find Sean Lock hilarious. Then something like a switch turned off. It was like day and night. One day I was finding him funny, the next he was supremely unfunny. Maybe there is a factor I saw in his comedy that I'd never seen before and that flicked the switch in my brain. Henning Wenn I do find really funny.
Sean Lock cracks me up. I love how he dances right up to the line of what is offensive, proceeds to trample all over it mercilessly and yet still doesn't offend me. Anybody else doing his material would be just puerile, but Sean's timing and delivery combined with his personality seem to keep it just on the right side of comedy imho
As a dentist, I only get paid for each prosthetic implant I complete... Nothing dentured, nothing gained.

Yes, bear in mind that this study goes against every other health report on the issue. It also does not mean that one should cut out vegetables. I would suggest that anyone treat it with an unhealthy dose of salt. Besides which, rearing cattle for meat is unsustainable now. By all means have a bull in your back garden if you really do want it though.
Delightful celebration of the "real" Austin/Morris Mini, using the Italian Job theme. Very nostalgic for me as a Cooper Mk1 was my first car. Ok, not an "S", but still bags of fun.
That's a shame because goats are arguably sustainable animals to raise. What's the issue? EDIT: Here, I've found you something on the subject from a very green website: https://www.treehugger.com/green-food/goat-meat-as-an-ethical-alternative-to-beef.html
She trying to stop me becoming a home farmer. Chickens and bunnies are enough apparently and cost too much
