Apparently Celtic have been in discussions with the SFA "for a number of months" over the standard of refereeing in Scotland. I suspect that the club did leak this simply to put pressure on the referee. While I agree that the standard of refereeing is ****ing pish in Scotland. It's not only Celtic who've had shocking decisions against them. Still, quite a clever move by the club because the ref will be ****eing himself now and if he does make any daft decisions the club can go back to the SFA and say "told you so" I'm not saying I agree with the fashion in which the club has gone about it or the convenient timing of it. But the member clubs have to take a stand against the refs. Remember these are the ****s who wanted to strike and ended up with a massive pay hike and extra expenses less than 18 months ago.
I think its clever by Celtic - puts a wee bit pf pressure on the refs and maybe if there is a half chance of a penalty they'll give it to celtic if in doubt Cant do any harm Plus its in the record so i wouldnt believe much they write - this week of all weeks

Aye, but my point is; every club is guilty of this pish. I suspect that some of the Gers fans on here are so bigoted (look up the correct definition of the word bigoted before going nuts about being called one please) that they can only see wrong if Celtic commit it. Rangers are alway totally innocent in the eyes of some folk.

Walter Smith is wrong though, refs have always been under pressure in the Glasgow orientated media to favour the OF, so his comments are wrong and laughable.
