Playing for that amount of time with them down to 10, we should have done better. Did not understand Vestie playing, did not understand the substitutions so late in the game either. All very disapointing.

Should've played with a lot more speed and urgency in the second half, we will never get a better chance of a result at Spuds but hey, i've forgotten it already as....

WE BEAT THE SKATES 4-0 IN THEIR OWN BACKYARD!!!...<bubbly>

    Not our day.
Thought we played well today. Just could not get the goal

    1. We presumably spend all week preparing a 4 man defense, and then 30 minutes before kick off we change formation.
    2. A Right Back gets injured in the warm up, and rather then playing our backup Right Back, we change formation & bring in Vestegaard.
    3. We didn't make the obvious half time changes, instead waiting until the 80th minute before hooking off JV and going for 4 at the back.
    4. All of our subs were so, so late in the game. Utterly ridiculous.
We had an opportunity today, but Ralphs' decisions, in my opinion, cost us.

Still plenty of time to sort it out, just a couple of dodgy games before we hit form and finish comfortably mid-table! (which I would take any day over yet another relegation scrap)

Although it should be pointed out, and not on the ****ty stat thread, that we managed to score a goal in the first half of a league game today. Yey! That's a monkey off our back. <laugh> Seriously the only positive I can think of!

While I hold him in high regard, it's hard to argue that the odd personnel usage is working at the moment. With 7 points in 7 games, and just starting our toughest stretch of the year, it's perhaps time to stop experimenting.

It's almost as if he has completely reversed his outlook in developing our young players from the Academy, Valery, Slattery and Vokins not getting a sniff ATM.
The most confusing one to me though is Kev Danso, how many minutes has he actually played in his natural position so far?

Hassenhuttl is a complete and utter bottle job and I sincerely hope his whole demeanour during the game wasn't sinister. Well and truly psyched out by being at Spurs. Pathetic display by the manager. Looks like the players gave it as good as they've got. I'd sack Hassenhuttl after that. Yes I'm brutal.

Then I'd have no one to manage the team, I'm well aware of that resulting in potential second thoughts on the matter <laugh>

Ralph does seem a different man compared to last season - he would never have played a CB out of position last year, for example/

Seven points, and four defeats, from our opening seven games.

Extending my previous post, that could be 16 points, and unbeaten since the opening day, from our opening seven games.

For the past two years it's been dropping points from winning positions. This time it's not capitalising and strange tactics. Partly the fault of Ralph, partly the fault of the board for still not fixing either end of the pitch, and partly the bad luck of Djenpo twice being injured already.

Tissue for what exactly? This a usual thing for you here? You troll people on the internet to feel better about yourself because you can't accept some people have differing opinions to yourself?

They are just a mickey mouse football team now. We lost to Bournemouth at home which was a bad result. Today it's more about the basics of tactical management, Hassenhuttl was found wanting. Badly.

Not sure we’ve reached that point of replacing RH by a good margin yet. However, I’m concerned that time and again we are unsettled, anxious and clueless at the back to mid field. I appreciate the point of learning from mistakes but am not seeing much evidence yet with the selection, first half ineptitude etc. Let’s hope he has a good reflection after this, a totally winnable game ending up as 3 points lost again.
