If you are genuinely interested in learning more about this topic, you will invest the necessary time and effort.

It provides a very good summary of Prof Don Scott's "electrical circuit" theory, and there are links to his peer reviewed papers. These papers provide scores of references to the other work carried out in the fields of electro magnetism and plasma physics.

As it is the scientific community have tested his theories and methodology shown them to be deeply flawed and thus his conclusions to be completely flawed too.
