Relocated here from the RTG forum - been on there for years but just seems like a load of tarts arguing with each other now.
The RTG board is much more vibrant than this board. But there are some very annoying, persistant, negative and offensive posters. The mods appear to be much more lax over there, so it's a judgement as to what people want. This place is James May, Captain Sensible. RTG is Clarkson, opinionated and annoying. I think when this takeover blows over, many people will drift back.

Only problem I have with here, is when I reply to someone, I've got to scroll the screen up to type the message? Anyone else have the problem?
After being a lurker on rtg for many a year I never felt inclined to join, after a day reading this board HEY PRESTO.
Thank you, I live a long way from Sunderland and rarely can make a match due to work etc but like a bit crack and info on matches, Seems like a nice little snug here for it
The Mods, over there, have agendas and their own little pets, something you don't find on here. As a quick test I lifted something from there and pasted it here. Then i watched to see how long it would take for a Mod to puff his chest out and post about me to further boost his ego .... .... a matter of minutes, and this is supposed to be a moderator setting an example. You only have to see the reasons people give, for coming on this forum, to see that the RTG Mods allow the lunatics to run the asylum. Some people may stay, some may drift back and some may use both ... ... but this will always be a place for adults, sensible debate and courtesy. You can see from some of the RTG wums, chancing their arm on here, to see some people simply don't want those things.
Decent people will find a happy home here, trolls & wums will just be wiped out. RTG craves traffic of any kind so tolerate degenerate Mags slagging people off and hyena packs attacking anyone they don't like. They're attacking me daily, weeks after I was banned and the Mods happily join in. This forum is calm and reasonable where people aren't cross examined as if they're in Crown Court.
