And what is it about her that seems to trigger the insecurities of so many people ?

The science on climate change projects that if we carry on pumping out CO2 into the atmosphere at the rate we are, we're looking at a 4 deg rise in temp over the next few decades. According to the science that means more extreme weather patterns, wildfires, storms, tropical regions becoming uninhabitable, 50+deg temps in the Med, North Africa etc turning them to desert. Coral reefs destroyed and collapse of marine life. Massive crop failures worldwide, leading to mass starvation and migration. Wide spread drought and famine. Sea levels rising by up to 1 metre wiping out low lying areas. And mass species extinction, including possibly hundreds of millions of human deaths.

So is this just scaremongering ? Have you read the science ? Do you think the Scientists are wrong ?

What would you do if suddenly the shops had no food, there was no fuel to drive your car, electricity production failed and no water came out of your taps. How would you survive ?

Loads of credible people saying it's real and loads of complete tossers saying it's not. I'm believing Attenborough over Trump all day.

The science is undeniable. And the rate of warming is rapidly gathering pace. If we don't stop burning fossil fuels and regenerate the world's natural carbon capturing systems (forests, peat bogs, coral reefs etc) then we are facing an existential crisis.

A lot of people dismiss it as being alarmist as I don't think they've really grasped the impact a 4 deg rise would have on the planet and the ecosystems we all rely on.

Regardless of whether you believe in climate change (and I do btw), this kid is mentally ill and is being exploited both by her parents and the media.
She has an extremely serious form of autism and Obsessive compulsive disorder, and I fear she has no idea what she is letting herself in for, especially in the US.

Maybe someone needs to grow a pair and step up so that she doesn't have to do this.

I agree, it's happening. Maybe not on the timescales they are saying and maybe it is I don't know but it makes sense to stop now it's clear we are ****ing the planet up.
 
She is being used as a human shield by Globalists that want to remove borders and shift towards a One World dictatorship.

Telling children with Asperger's depression and OCD the World Is going to end in 12 years is cruel .

She should be out with her mates enjoying herself .

Exactly, the war against Climate change needs to be spearheaded by scientists, not some muling, mentally ill scandanavian teenager with resting bitch face.
97% of scientists say that humans are affecting the climate, yet wtf are they when something needs to be done about it? Hiding behind a child!
