At 64 I don't think I will If we didn't have that cup run last year we would have been in the championship And we should not cancel games cause the keeper has been called up we have a good deputy now
Blinking heck . . . . there are four all Premier League ties, which doesn't half open it up for the rest of us Bugger . . . . I'm counting them again
4th Round Draw Everton v Watford Aston Villa v Wolves Man City v Southampton Burton v Leicester Crawley v Colchester Chelsea v Man Utd Oxford v Sunderland Liverpool v Arsenal w/c October 28
I apologise, crossed wires mate, stick around, I fully agreed with you about the big team, its a win win, man U was my hope too.
Oxford away ! another away draw, i would rather have had Man u to be honest. We will get Crawley in the 5th round hopefully. I had a bet on oxford th beat WHU 2-1 as well, we had 3 numbers on the lotto and won £139 ! next the euro's.
I am sticking around you can have a descent debate here rtg goodbye Was on there for 16 years and only made midfielder most of my posts where made in the early years When it went to PF was not worth posting you got shouted down Or even worse the grammar police jumped in Good to be here
Good win and performance.. We can do it the naas.. PS.. First clean sheet for quite some time as well.
Sounds like De Bock and Lynch could be useful. I think Hume is going to be a good player but he's struggling a bit with the weight of expectation so alternating with a more experienced LB will be good for him. It was always going to be a ****ing stupid idea to start the season with only one LB and a bairn at that. Have to see how Lynch does, Ozturk has done ok but he's a very basic no frills defender, room for improvement. There's a lot of pressure on the guy and I don't disagree with it but Ross is doing us proud on the big stage.
Ross back in again? I have no explanation for this. Just got in from my poker night and see this result! Wahay!!
Be nice to get an early goal to settle the nerves and keep the crowd off the managers back. The crowd down Bolton turned toxic and and it's not what we need at the minute.
Its good to have some alternatives and tonight showed that we may well have real competition at last. This must be tested of course in the League 1 football environment, but the well balanced look of the defence and midfield did us proud tonight and should be rewarded with starts on Saturday imo. Maybe up front McNulty and MacGeady should, if fit return. The only cloud tonight is the bad luck suffered by Embleton, who just like Hume and Robson before him seems to have picked up an injury after making an impressive start. Hope all three go on to establish themselves as Sunderland regulars in the near future.
You are joking 2 win against PL opposition will he learn from it no way just like first win against Burnley
