haha.. Vauxhall didn't do a badged version of the Manta, they were always the alternative to the Capri originally. The Manta 400 was one successful rally car..<ok>

The Ascona was a Mark 1 Cavalier, badged as Opel obviously. The Manta was classed as Opel's elite sports coupe but Vauxhall had a car around the time that was based off the brilliant Opel Monza and the Manta..

This was the first car I bought myself. I was given a brand new Escort 1.6ghia for my 18th before that, but I stuck that in the back of a Volvo and it was taken off me.
