Bollocks, any thread where gods cock, Dunc, Custard etc. post pulls in any one of you, Stan, Willhoops etc. and vice versa, any of them will jump on a post by one of you which is an overspill of a politics spat.

Sorry mate but I'm not having that 99.9% of it stays within that thread, it's produced more personal spats that won't ever heal.

It's basically normalised islamophibia and racism on here as well and the general standards of the forum have dropped as a result.

The thread has **** all to do with what’s happened over Brexit. It’s merely a microcosm of what’s happening all over the country.

That's never going to be the case here, there's too much history even if someone was going to actively mod then there'd be people on some side who won't respect it because lines have been drawn.

 

This is the Prem board. The original idea was that it was completely unmodded.

 

If you want to seriously discuss politics then why not a politics forum?

But it’s nice to have a forum where I can discuss football, politics, and a hundred other things too.

 

Because they know they will be modded

 

And I'm pointing out that politics discussions don't work on places like that because people will never give anything to the other side.

And if insults are allowed then it will just create more division/anger and snowball into the cesspit it became.

The thread is closed. I didn't want to remove it straight away, as indication to people that I am shutting them done. If I remove it immediately then people may not realise.
