Yes and yes. Put myself down for 25km and did 45. Lovely weather too. Drank too much afterwards for a weeknight.

From what I can recall, that is pretty much exactly what it looked like

 

Normally I couldn’t agree more and I definitely wasn’t winning the prize for most enthusiastic supporter or top fundraiser (there were trophies) but surprised myself that I was arsed enough to do it at all. It’s a great group which helps.

The amount of ****y non-work activity at big companies is only getting worse. I could easily fill my week with conferences, training and charity events forever.
