Well, there's a shock (or is it really at the moment).

Okay, albeit with 2 own goals from the Arse but still, could you see us scoring 4 goals at the minute against ANYONE?

Wonder if the Blackburn fans are happy though at the great win, or disappointed they are stuck with another dead duck manager because of it? Kean makes Bruce look comfortable and in control in comparison but you cant sack a manager that just beat a top club with 4 goals scored.

Wouldn't it be nice then to stuff Stoke tomorrow and get ourselves really up and running. I think even an old cynic like me could get get a little positivity running through my veins, if we could take the game to Stoke (h), Norwich (a) and WBA (h) in the next 2 weeks and start to look like the team I think we can be. What would 7 points do to us going forward in the next 2 weeks, not to mention what it does for Bruce obviously, in the eyes of owner, chairman, players and fans alike?

Blackburn are not a good side at all but they have beaten Arsenal today and move up to the top 10. Good for them. It all piles a bit more pressure on us of course to make sure we dont start to look like one of the teams that will get cut adrift over the next 4 or 5 games to win as well at home.

Many of you said give Bruce 10 games an access our position then. I tend to agree now and after the aforementioned 3 games in the next 2 weeks, we have Arsenal (a), Bolton (a) and Villa (h) thereafter. If Blackburn can beat Arsenal today, then we can beat Stoke City tomorrow and with the next few games giving us a chance to turn things round, I'll concede my position and give Bruce all the support between now and then and re-access at the end of October. I wont post anymore Bruce out related post until that time.

    Haway the Lads and FTM.

    OK, helmet...check, body armour...check,
I've a feeling things may get pretty lively round here should the unthinkable happen. Which it wont, will it?
Why couldn't I have been born in Barcelona??

I have been swayed by the argument that 10 games in is a better time to judge the state of the club.

I will not post any new threads of a negative disposition until the end of October but that doesnt say I wont comment on others? Lol

If Blackburn can beat Arsenal lads, there is hope for us all yet. Blackburn are bloody awful too.

Tell you what cest. If we are anywhere near bottom three, and I do mean anywhere near (13th down) after ten games.
Bruce will be a dead duck IMO.

Have you seen some of the results so far kidda?

Norwich, QPR and Swansea all winning? With Blackburn winning too today, those 3 points are going to be very important by 5pm tomorrow. We could be bottom 2 tonight?

Even 5 games in thats scary reading mate. You and me are old enough and daft enough to know that once you get one foot in the bottom 3, its one step forward and 2 back at times. If we are there after 10 games blind panic will set in.

Arsenal were pretty dire, but Blackburn worse, but it doesn't matter as the records show 3 points to Rovers...

Arsenal still need a top striker, (Bent would be ideal for them)...

Wenger leaves Walcott on the bench, then eventually puts him on for Arshavin, late in the game,

Some strange tactics around the Prem lately...

This year, perhaps more than ever before, anyone outside the elite can beat anyone else. Even then, the Man City off-day or the Manure unlucky decisions can kick things the underdogs way.

Thats why we MUST beat the likes of Swansea, Stoke, newcastle.

    Thats why I worry.

Unbelieveable the way the Arse fans are taking this with the "Wenger Out" bandwagon rolling... Now if CEST is listening (and I'll say this very quietly so as not to upset our peace) if Wenger were to get the chop, I'd drive him up here myself.

Give me 2 minutes to start digging the foxhole before you all let loose with the heavy artillery <ok>

I need a win tomorrow. Don't care if it keeps Bruce in a job. I need a win.

I promise to be good, just give me a win.

    Amen

He's good, but even he is taken by the Arsenal way of playing. (if you get what i mean). Passing the ball into the net, maybe they need a selfish twat, someone who basically just hangs around the box, and does little else...

i.e Bent, Berbatov, butit's only my opinion.
