I'm not sure the club did anything whatsoever to test what he may have accepted, length of contract was an equally important factor. Good proven strikers are an important and not inexpensive commodity. I'd swap any 2 of the one's we have now for Campbell!

I talking about criticising players full stop. Starts on social media, press, twatter etc, gets picked up and spreads to the ground. no need for it. If a player is lazy and swinging the lead then fair enough but I have yet to see a player in a Hull City shirt miss a goal on purpose.
