I can't dedicate the time required to keep these boards active any more mate. MITO tried but, well....
The plus side is that we are unlikely to be top by Christmas but with three of four games in hand..Maybe they are going to bring some games forward.
I have decided to seek answers, I'm like a modern day Poirot... Forget that, I'm **** all like Poirot, more like one of the down and out half cut New York style detectives that usually dies at the end.
At the semi final stage now so we get an idea of who we may play in the final if all goes to plan, it would be a complete waste of time if we don't get to the final. Boca play River Plate and Gremio play Flamengo in the Semi Final.
I ****ing hope we win this Whats the temp going to be like when we play, fairly confident our style of play is not suited to hot temperatures
The South Americans love it and will be all up for it at least we have a manager who will take it seriously.
Do we though We have a lot of fans who don't see it as important, Klopp doesn’t take the cups that serious, I understand there is a balancing job to be done here Do i want it to derail the prem attempt - no but equally I want us to go for this trophy Its a tough one, glad I am not the gaffa lol
Two games to be able to call ourselves world champions? Our approach doesn't effect any other games either; we're away regardless. Don't see what benefit there is to not taking it seriously.
I think Klopp will like this one, chance to stick it to the South Americans who like to think they are better than Europe.
Totally get how others see it i just dont agree on this one as i dont see it as two games to win it I see it as a reward for consistency over three seasons Its as close as you can get to best in the world in current set up. I think it would be impossible to do a tournament every year. Dont get me wrong would be way happier if we had won the league, then CL then WCC as to me that would be the correct way of doing it. Typically its coming in same year, if we were to win WCC and the extra travelling and games cost us prem i would be devastated, but we are in it and to me its an important trophy. Nice problem to be thinking about
