In my role as super mod I must ban around 3 or 4 people a week from a board, not the same one mind, at the request of the boards mods. Yes I do have the ability to ban anyone from a single board, any number of boards or the site itself. The biggest board is Newcastle with Sunderland second biggest and from time to time we get visitors, usually from each other, who get some annoyed. To the best of my memory I have banned a few from the site at the request of the mods, not many and usually the teams own fans, big Chris comes to mind, but I cant remember ever banning someone from just the Newcastle board and know I have never banned anyone from just the Sunderland board. Now personaly Iâm quite proud of that fact, I know that many at times shout please ban him but at the same time we do have some very good banter, IMO. I donât think we are daft up in the far north we just deal with things. Now Iâm sure you will all have a view but to me banning is still the easy option and should still be the last option. Just to balance things I should remind everyone that it still is an option I will use if asked from either set of mods so lets not push our luck because if you visit another teams board visitor is the right term and visitors should always respect their hosts and hosts should always respect their visitors. Am I being to tolerant or just daft?
i always thought that not 606 was made so you could get away with being abit of a ****.. syd is my dont ban me cheque due yet it would be easyer if i could pay with paypal
Not by all of us. Syd, why are we having this conversation about banning? we are tolerant and daft, so it helps.
