Disappointing, Forshaw out but no Costa or Eddie,that's no disrespect to Shaks, just think other 2 are better.
Agree with you there Chesh. We need to show some aggression, and with Forshaw out, it gave Biela the perfect opportunity to start with Nketiah or Costa.
Is Forshaw injured? Can only presume so. Not again! I don't think any team prediction had Shaks in it. Bielsa deffo bowled a googly there.
Am I wrong in suspecting that this season we're playing without a traditional #10? Klich & particularly Forshaw are more diggers than creators imo, & I'd say that Shaks falls into that category too. Not so much an observation as a question, btw. I'm also assuming that Shaks & not Pablo is playing in the middle. Guess it's something to check out during the game (although I struggle to get the big picture on the telly, tbh).
If we take our chances then we win the game comfortably. Can't afford to keep missing goalscoring opportunities. We ARE a better side than Barnsley. At some point it will click and everything we hit will go in. Let's hope that happens today and we come away with a big away win. The way we play and played last season, somebody at some point is gonna get a real hiding from us. We just need that little bit of luck in front of goal.
I think what it says is that Bielsa’s never going to change his formation so Costa and Eddie are going to have to wait for an injury or loss of form to replace one of the wingers and bamford.
