Everyday this man comes up with more interesting views on the game, which sounds like different advice but I swear,we've heard all before and it's the same old repetitive waffle,no different and the same results. Does he really believe giving the players and fans the same old spin is winning him any friends, who is he trying to convince himself or the board...? Anyway, here we go,my breakdown on his reported latest twaddle, you make up your own points of view.. * Now is not the time to change personnel or tactics. * I went through the DVD in fine detail. * The team are not as bad as fans fear. * Not a lot wrong with our team performance. * It's the best we have passed the ball this season. * We showed the players the good things they did. * We had the ball in dangerous areas more often than before. * Players must keep the faith. * We must not be to down on ourselves. He finished his comment by saying," This is certainly not the time to panic and start chopping and changing things or alter the way we play." Is he aware we are 22nd in the table, have not scored a goal, won a game, have taken only 1 point and was dumped out of the Carling Cup by a 4th level side at home this season. This man is unbelievable and dangerous for our future.
Hi Wz, Can't wait till he's on Player this afternoon with his pre Leeds thoughts. His fantastic personality, his uplifting comments, his happy smiling face - God I can't wait.
He surely is one of the most enthusiastic, and animated managers in the league, not.I have seen more life in a bottle of Tizer.
the only thing hes got right sadly enough was that was the best we passed the ball Saturday.......sums us up
"I think tactically we got it right," - Millen's response to losing a game of football to Brighton. Erm no. If you'd got the tactics right we would've won. Keith Millen is a ****tard of the highest order - who is he trying to fool? Himself, I suspect.
We'll see what face he puts on and what enlightening pearls of wisdom he comes out with at 17.00 tomorrow afternoon when we've had our arses well and truly kicked by Leeds.
After tomorrows loss,do the decent thing teflon and call it a day. if you have citys interests at heart, pack in before you take the club down to League 1
I am trying to find positives but there aren't any. We have had a problem in defence for 2 seasons now but we failed to address it - and now we have our mediocre back 4 suffering with injuries to top it all. Poor decisions Bad tactics Players out of position Subbing a player who is playing well (JCR) .... Someone has lost the plot - if it was ever there in the first place. And where is our CHAIRMAN in all of this? What is his take on our current situation? Statement please - NOW. Hopefully the dreaded 'vote of confidence'....

If you'd got the tactics right we would've won. the consensus of opinion on here by most was we aint going to win, will be stuffed...........lost at 80 mins through defensive error, 0-1 didnt get stuffed and nearly had the point...........some games you have to settle for it H or A he could have gone 3-5-2 or 3-4-3 and won! OR LOST 3-0 4-0
If we are having to settle for a point at home to a newly promoted side that tells me that things are not well. Doesn't take a genius statistician to figure that out.
If we are having to settle for a point at home to a newly promoted side that tells me that things are not well. Doesn't take a genius statistician to figure that out.....really uuuuuummmm Quite often a newly promoted side starts off like a hare has enthusiasm and guile..........BLIMEY, JUST THOUGHT 4 SEASONS AGO THERE WAS A TEAM CAME UP FROM DIV 1 AND GOT TO WEMBLEY.........................WAS PRETTY LUCKY ON THE WAY TO BOOT!!! I wonder who that was
The difference though John, is the man in charge - he's a winner and that makes a MASSIVE difference plus, he'll get the backing if he needs to change things. The title will be between Southmapton and Boro who will be streets ahead of the rest - a large part of their success will be the men in charge...
Prem when you look at the teams at the top, look at the early expectations and possibly money leaving pockets to get 8/1 or 12/1 on teams who "should breeze it" then you look now and think ooooooooooooops whats going wrong!!! Boro I think didnt buy anyone during the summer and I put them down as a top team anyway, will look up my list and see what I suggested as finishing places. there does seem to be an extravagant obsession about KEEF BEING BOOTED OUT...some of the arguments hold water but the most are seemingly just statements of desperation, with a whole group just grasping at each others arguments and putting them forward as their "own"...even a bit of premeditation appeared yesterday..... I will wait till game 12...I am always true to my word
