Nice too see Amber Rudd has gone biggest snake out there and then I see this sort your brother out Piers Richard Braine, Piers Corbyn brother of Jeremy, and Elizabeth Jones UKIP NEC- Brexit support across the political spectrum.
Don't tell him that Boris sister was a member of the Lib Dems now Change UK or the other way round. So both his sister and brother are for another referendum. Bet Christmas dinner there is fun.
I think there will be many people who won't vote again at the next GE or a 2nd referendum. Many people voted in the last referendum now claim they will never vote again to due how the politicians have gone against the will of the people - the majority of the country. Many people say democracy is dead. I fully agree with these people. I've said before on this very thread leading up to the European elections, that I won't vote again. But now I see it as there will be a lot of people feeling the same and have declared they will not vote again. And I bet most of these people voted leave at the referendum. So leave will lose a hell of a lot of votes at the GE or 2nd referendum due to a lot refusing to vote again. Remain parties will probably win now.
i never mentioned the polish pensioners, I made a statement we pay "into" Poland via infra structure as do the EU …
i pointed this out months ago would propose something and then vote against it ……... people make up their own minds in my book enough has been said or posted for everyone to make up their own mind absolutely peeps like corbolliks being bullied into changing his mind , being puppeteered and having a burning ambition to say I was pm engraved on his head stone although he will likely burn in hell and not need one!
France threatens to veto further Brexit extension French foreign minister decries ‘worrying’ lack of progress as EU diplomats express frustration https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2019/sep/08/france-threatens-to-veto-further-brexit-extension I pray the French keep their word but they are as slippery as the reptile Corbyn and he tells stinking lies.
Leave or remain I think is a very personal and strongly held opinion, I imagine most families would be similarly split. Can’t see a story there really.
Wiz, the French are all part of the plan. They say one thing but I'll bet zillions they'll give the UK forever to stay in. The remainers will believe them though, they will be cacking their pants. Chickens, all of them.
Boris and your team bring it on and send the scallywags back under their stones Boris Johnson has drawn up plans to “sabotage” any Brexit extension without breaking the law, the Telegraph has learnt. It means Monday’s vote on a general election is the “last chance” for MPs to block a no-deal Brexit, the Government believes. The Prime Minister’s key advisers held a meeting on Sunday to thrash out a strategy to scupper Parliament’s efforts to force a three-month Brexit extension if no new deal is agreed. One plan under serious consideration would see the Prime Minister send an accompanying letter alongside the request to extend Article 50 https://www.telegraph.co.uk/politic...ZituvwcvGDQNQOkii_MnNxvdaTYIfXKc-MqnAadbU3Sds
I agree 99% with this. Only issue I have is the no deal brexit line. 17.4 million didnt vote for no deal.
No worse than Boris. And if you hadn't been completely warped by the papers and told what to think you'd understand that.
Red Robin, press play for this 1 minute clip from David Cameron before the referendum. Listen to the words carefully. What do you think?
Well I don't. And I think he will be losing trust as each day passes. However, he seems to be the only one actually trying to implement the referendum result.
Depends if you mean strictly no deal by that... judging by your decent post earlier I'd guess not. In that case I'd add Theresa May to that - useless though she was, she technically did try to implement the result. Nobody voted for no deal as you said. Imagine is somehow now Theresa May's deal got through after she's gone
I mean deal or no deal Deal because it would be better for us but if we can't get a good deal then yes, i'll take no deal, as that still implements the referendum result. The then PM David Cameron implied before the EU referendum that if we leave, it would be no deal basis. He told us if leave won then it will be implemented. We were told by him that negotiations were going on before the referendum and the referendum was to decide if we leave or remain based on the deal that Cameron brought back. He got nothing back. So the referendum was either remain as we were or leave. Now that tells me leave with no deal as he said there won't be any further renegotiations for a better deal and no 2nd referendum. We would just leave. Hear it yourself. Its the clip I added just now. It's only a minute long. Again, I prefer a deal over no deal, so I am glad we have attempted to try and get a deal. But May's deal was worse then what we already have. So if we do what we were promised by Cameron, leave on no deal has to be implemented. I just hope Boris sticks to his guns with his game of chicken with the EU and the EU do a last minute deal to avoid no deal. As a side note, when I said 17.4 million didn't vote for no deal, I meant some did, some didn't. I voted leave on the basis that we get a deal as promised during the referendum after Cameron's speech. But I knew voting leave could also mean end up leaving with no deal. Obviously I don't know all 17.4 million people to know for sure but some would have voted for leave but with a deal not thinking no deal could happen. Some would have voted same way as me. But those voting leave with only a deal and no deal taken off the table obviously didn't do their research.
