This will be life changing for everyone connected to Sunderland mate.

Donald & Methven have taken some **** since they arrived but bringing in the Dell boys is amazing.

The whole club will change and not before time imo.

Timing of this is excellent for me. I'm looking to return to the UK when I retire in a year or 2 . Would be lovely after following this club for 56 of my 61 years to actually watch the club realise its obvious potential. Might have to buy a season ticket even tho I won't be able to use it this or next season. Would hate to miss out.

After the debacles at Bury and Bolton, it is probably down to the EFL actually doing some "fit and proper person" stuff

Their own processes will be completely new to them, as they've never bothered to follow them before, so this may take some time.....

Personally think everything will be done n dusted I just think it's waiting for the right time to announce it. I am more than happy to wait for our next 3 o'clock Saturday game. Give everyone a huge lift. Hopefully the magic carpet will then keep soaring higher & higher.

Have to disagree about before a home game mate. You know what we’re like - bigger the lift , bigger the expectation, the more we manage to spoil our own party !!

No news is good news as far as I am concerned, and we all just have to wait until an announcement, one way or another is made, fingers crossed. Its just been said by Radio Newcastle's Nick Barnes, that the announcement will be made at the end of next week and that it is the EFL causing the delay.

If this is true it's typical of the Football Authorities of making sure the barn door is shut as the horse disappears over the horizon.
Should have put that amount of effort in when the Bury and Bolton owners were under scrutiny.
