Heres a basic script idea for you. Bond is sent by M to investigate northern irish politicians, who seem to make themselves look foolish on question time rather too easily. Clearly, MI6 feels that there is dirty work afoot, and bond is tasked with infiltrating parliament, as the new local mp of some ****e county. Once inside, bond discovers that the irish mp's are being paid off by a rogue arab sheikh, with a view to world domination. They have to look ridiculous, for the sheikh to carry out his evil plan, create a new irish political party, use a puppet as leader, and assume control of northern ireland. Once in control, he discards the puppet, and sets about a plan in buying up left over IRA munitions, in a plot to overthrow the british pm and royal family. Bond confronts the sheikh, they fight, and as usual in a bond film, everything blows up. At the end of the film, Bond receives honours from the queen, and sleeps with the dutchess of cambridge (who wouldn't) Theres room for improvement, but it's a decent starting point.
