A year out the game for the ball scratchers

    Bancroft is still ****
Warner looks less then half the player he was
Smith looks twice the player he did before

I find it staggering that Warner has 21 test matches hundreds. All I have ever seen is a limited player with a big mouth and an extremely punchable face.

Root, who is supposed to be brilliant, has 'only' 16, and in eight more tests.

The Aussies just have that appetite and application for big innings that the English seemingly can't be arsed with.

Obviously Smith will get a century minimum but a hell of a start nonetheless on our way to glorious defeat.

On this pitch I wouldnt want to chase anything over 300. 300 will be extremely tough

It England can get Smith cheap the rest will collapse

Must be awesome watching a team win that you've no emotional, geographical or family tie to.

    Very gratifying.

A bit like the huge majority of sky era premier league football fans.

He doesn’t have a local team (where does he ****ing live, the moon?) and his grandmother’s dog’s cousin was once a guide dog for Paul Parker’s third wife’s sister. Tell them @Matth_2014 .

Might I point out that after englans win last test match i did nothing but praise them... its called having a little class. Its not my fault , so dont be so petty gents...

A little banter is what its all about, but when people start getting personal it speaks volumes.

You said the umpires fixed it for **** sake!!

Stokes won that game, not England. He had some support but it was absolutely down to him. I said Root should go after the second test and nothing has changed, the bloke is a clown as a captain.

That was banter but i didnt start having little personal pops because i was buthurt over the result is my point .

Root did well 1st innings ... i think its always easy to blame performances rather than credit the oposition in any sport.

    Anyway moving on

England have lost the ashes it seems and im delighted ... hope im allowed to enjoy it
