Almost, chicken. Pan fried in good olive oil with cumin and paprika. Chili onion and tomato salsa type thing.

I'm dubious about that chicken mate, was it cooked right through?

Yeah, it's some corn fed organic stuff. Really nice. Easy to cook through as they are not as full and fat as the regular stuff.

Ok mate, i wasn't knocking it, i just dubious about under cooked chicken.

Saying that, i'm done chicken tikka stir fry for tonight, and a fried rice. But also made enough for another portion to take to work one day.

I've got a Thai red curry on.

It looked really good until five minutes ago when I realised I had no light soy sauce. So i put a bit of dark soy in.

It's now a brown curry. Will still taste nice but visually, it's not as good!

It's also too salty, that dark soy must have been concentrated or some ****.

She's also gonna say it's too hot. Not good!

She ate it, too hot or not.

I didn't have enough bloody chicken in it either, was not my best effort, am not gonna lie. No pics as a result.

Before I put that soy in was looking and tasting great. I'm consoling myself with a gay sauvignon blanc with lots of ice.
