It was to do with the name of the street where old back entrance for the Metropolitan Police building used to be. They moved to Victoria and called it New Scotland Yard, meant to be a hotel or summat now iirc. Not called Scotland Yard because so many if the inmates were Scottish pish heads. That would be wrong and I made it up.

More black people = More murders. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with murder but blacks are doing twice as much as whites and there are nearly 5 times more white people than blacks in London.
