It maybe a bit long winded, but there is moral to it.

Anyway so i got an L shaoed sofa, as i thought i would suit my living better. So i put my 2, 2 seather leather sofas in the spare room, I just left them them.

Anyway lately, i got a bit off enthusiasm back, and be been painting etc.

So i thought i'd be a good egg (and frre up some space), so decided i'd give the 2 seaters to charity, (don't forget these are great quality stuff). So i spent 2 days trying to ring a local charity, eventually they answered, we spoke and decided on a pick up.

Anyway these 2 ****s turned up (late). Before he had even seen them he said 'if they are to big i'm not taking them'.

Oh cos i'm in an upstairs flat you lazy fat ****?

So whilst fat **** was catching his breath from all off going up 2 flights off stairs, he looked at the sofas, (now given that these cost cost £1800) i was shocked at his reply.

'they are worn mate, and been used', oh ffs, no **** sherlock, i've been sitting on them etc.

My gaffer says blah blah blah............Well **** off then you fat ****, i don't ****ing care, i thought you were a charity, and here's me trying to give you something for nothing, now **** off.

So i left it, anyway, spent the last few day paimting, so i contacted my sister, as she's a facebook *****.

She put them online, and within 10 minutes got a reply.

A very nice lady called me today and came and collected them, and they were very grateful, and i got a bit off space back.

So WTF do charity shops really want?

    I reckon most be frauds.

    I had a similar experience.

I had a leather chair I wanted rid of as I’d bought a new recliner.

As new condition, no marks etc.

Rang up a charity (the Heart foundation) told them what it was, they came to collect it, and then refused to take it as the driver said it was policy that they wouldn’t take a chair that was part of a suite (I have 2x 3 seaters the same design)

I said wtf? I’m giving you the ****? Sorry....and he left.

So I rang a homeless charity and they came and were chuffed to ****.

Many people have **** all mate, and are grateful for such things.

But these ****s working at the charities can't be ****ing arsed.

So now when i see an ad, 'will you please donate', i will just think off some fat ****, to lazy to lift a sofa for a person in the UK.

    **** EM.

I learnt my lesson and I had another sofa I wanted rid of a month or so later - a corner leather thing, that was a bit tired tbh.

I put it on gumtree for free like you did, and this lad rang straight away and came with his mate in a van and couldn’t believe his luck.

He rang me on the night to say thank you and said how chuffed he was and that his kids and Mrs loved it, he obviously had **** all, and it made my day tbh.

Exactly mate, these turned up in a VW, thingy, it took them 2 trips, and they struggled with the doors and stairs.

But before they left, they were very grateful (****ing sweating) but grateful,

So my point being, charities ****ing suck, wtf do they want?

I'm not on about HIAG, your band and name is now in the public domain! Not that it particularly matters tbh.
