Anyone can sue for anything, but that's just his lawyer (and his missus) trying to force a move, which appears to have worked. He's allegedly signing a contract extension with Inter and joining PSG on loan for a year. It's a laughable lawsuit which they admit will be dropped if he gets transferred.
