Well today is Transfer Deadline Day again and it should be a good indication of what the goals and intentions of S.D., C.M & J.R. are.
We have been desperate for a left back for eons, today will see clubs hiking their prices as they did with Will Grigg in January.
Will the Clubs Hierarchy show their intent and meet those inflated prices to secure the services of a QUALITY left back or wait and go bargain basement and take a Loanee as far too often has been the case.
Will Grigg cost us more than he should have and the fact that we paid it shows that we were serious in our promotion push, (it's unfortunate that it didn't play out the way that we wanted) but the fact remains that we did show that we were serious.
Now it's time to make that statement again for the coming campaign!
Having seen the Lads so far this season we have a couple of the same problems hanging over from last season:-
Its time for the 'Management' to put this right, square pegs in square holes...
Get us a proper Quailty Left back and at least and strengthen where J.R. thinks he needs it.
Come on Stuart, Charlie and Jack.... You have done well up till now, don't blow it for the sake of a couple of signings Please.

Having seen the Lads so far this season we have a couple of the same problems hanging over from last season:-
- We are not Brutal enough in putting the opposition to the sword.
- We do not defend as well as we should (no clean sheet this season!) which is not a trait that bodes well for promotion.
- We create chances but rarely capitalise on them, and only manage to draw or win by the odd goal (Mostly)
- We play too many 'Good" players out of position and wonder why we struggle at times.
