Looking forward to seeing Tierney in the PL, a player I rate. You’ll be good value to watch all season imo, as you’ve got quality up front but you’re vulnerable at the back.
Only saw bits of the 2nd half. The first Arsenal goal was the turning point for me. To concede like that in first half stoppage time was poor from us. Had we gone in 2-0 up I think we might well have won. Goon defence was a joke, but coming forward they’re as dangerous as any team in the Prem. They had the better of the second half, although we could have nicked it in the last 5 minutes with a better final ball. Why pass to Sissoko in the opposition area, ffs? You know it’s going into row Z!. We were 2-0 up and a top team doesn’t concede 2 points back, as we did. Got to learn to close these games out!
Not sure why everyone is thinking getting foyth back will be the magic bullet. Hes had a few good games but hes also been disastrous at times . Sessongnon looks tricky but looked abject as a defender. Ndombele looks real good though and he will deffo help that midfield out. I would worry for you boys if eriksen goes though.
I'm hoping that Tierney, Bellerin and Holding will make us might tighter at the back. Also looking forward to seeing Tierney bombing forward, he's a quality player. But yeah at the moment, we are ****ing gash at the back. Could be a few 2-2 and 3-3's this season
I doubt it. You sticking to your prediction that we'll finish 8th or do you want to back track now while I'm giving you the chance ?
His replacement has been one of our standout performances and looks like an even more rounded player. Great business from us. How well we do doesn’t rest on the defence at all, we are more solid without Maguire, it’ll depend on breaking down sides who park the bus against us which is our weakness
Probably do what we normally do and hire another manager who will go onto win another major trophy. Until then im quite happy with fat franks performance, hes doing as well as podgetino. So when is the actual north london power shift happening?
Too early for anyone with any sense to be making predictions mate will just see how the season pans out
Foyth is young but has lots of potential, he makes mistakes but so do all youngsters. Sessegnon will be played as a winger from what I have read. Them being fit will mean we will have options on the bench which has been a real problem for over a year. Eriksen will be here til January so hopefuly it'll give Lo Celso time to find his feet. Certainly helps getting City and Arsenal away out the way so early in the season.
