I think that Kane was looking for it, but it's clumsy and would be given outside the box. I wasn't surprised that it wasn't given.
Not sure how Ceballos got away with this, though:

That’s the bit I don’t get though. He could have got a shot away, rather than going down. If he’s dived, it’s a total waste of an opportunity. Which is really odd.

It was an enjoyable game for the neutral.
Both team looked threatening going forward (Spurs attack better with Son - he's a great foil for Kane).
Both teams looked shaky at the back.
Pochettino seems to mix it up every game - personnel, positions, formations, tactics. All change. Puzzling.

Kane was shielding the ball and went down looking for a penalty after a shove in the back, I`ve seen them given for less. If that`s Salah or Mane though a penalty is given and it wins the game. All the Scouse pundits then say how nailed on it was and they move on with another win for the `title challengers`.

It definitely carries on inside the box though. For all the tech and precision they put into offsides they don't apply it elsewhere.

Kane gets branded a cheat when he goes down from sokratis hassling him, but it’s great hold up play when Lacazette wins a free kick for getting in front of his man. <doh>

Good game and a good result., all things considered.

I think Rose Son and Hugo played particularly well. Rose got a yellow card for seemingly looking too hard at the referee's favourite player. Once on a yellow I guess he backed off to an extent. Martin Atkinson was itching to send him off all game, so well played Rose.

Son played with energy today and was immense., taking away some of the attention from a rather out off form Kane.

I really like Sissoko's attitude to the game these days. He'd be in my starting eleven all day long.

Hugo again proved why he's the best keeper we've had in recent years.

Just the one Rum for me tonight.

Oh yeah for sure, on the basis of it all Arsenal will be more disappointed with the result when looking back at it, home team always expects to win this game.

But on the basis of play, once that final whistle went I’d say the immediate reactions of both fans were:

Arsenal - good fight to claw back a point.
Spurs - bottled a lead and three points.

Now the game’s done and I can chill, I’m more than happy with a point at the Emirates, as I was with the point at City but there is frustration that we could/ should’ve seen that game out had the team and manager dealt with the situation better.

I'm pretty happy with that (although I'm pretty wasted, so not the best judge). We're not playing well and our new midfield isn't fit yet. Once we get that up and running, we'll be a different team...

Defensively, we are a ****ing mess but getting Davies and Foyth fit will help there. At least Jan Vertonghen's back on the pitch!

I hate the fact that I feel Poch is currently holding us back. ****ing love the guy but his decision making and in-game management is somehow getting worse. 6th year in charge, it should be getting better.

Hopefully after the international break Foyth will be fit, Davies will be able to start, Tanguy will be fit, Gio/ Sess will be improving fitness and Eriksen is still here, there’s a really good team to be played in there and I just hope Poch utilises it when it’s ready - and I think he will, but his decisions before and during these first four games have been nothing less than infuriating.

Must've been watching a different Danny Rose to me mate. I thought he was abysmal again, save for that one excellent header from Pepe in the first half.

Hugo produced multiple top drawer saves although his distribution remains a huge concern (wtf are we doing passing out from goal kicks when they have THREE players stationed on the edge of our box?! <doh>).

Sissoko and Winks grew into the game but ultimately both have zero end product. I genuinely laugh when Sissoko lines up to shoot as it's not a question of 'will he miss?' but 'by what height?'

Son had a superb first hour but faded from then on and made some pretty poor, selfish decisions in possession from then on.

Dave had a torrid afternoon but frankly I'm not sure what else Poch was expecting throwing an inexperienced CB into the RB position for just the second time in his Spurs career and against a front line as dangerous as theirs.

Eriksen was pretty disappointing. Ducked out of every single challenge, struck some wayward passes and aside from one excellent free kick his set pieces were so, so poor.

Delighted to see Jan back in the side but he failed to keep pace with Lacazette for their first and surely that has as much to do with rustiness as anything else?

For once, I felt that Poch got our subs spot on. Right changes at the right times, although I would've liked to see Gio come on slightly earlier (as soon as they scored the equaliser). I think Alli and Gio slowly helped us get a foothold back in the game and finish with a very evenly balanced final 10 mins. All those calling for Lucas to replace Lamela and then Son ignore the fact that we had zero control over the center of the field and urgently needed to get that back before the game got away from us. The only change I thought we'd still see was Davies for Rose.

Rose cost us both goals. Should have cleared the first and let Aubameyang run free for the 2nd.
Putting Sanchez at RB was a disaster, but he's been out of sorts at CB too so far. I know he's still 'young' but he needs to be developing faster at PL level by now. There's a player in there we know, but cannot be relied upon currently.

I think we've had this argument before (about Rose and/or Davies) and you lost... so lets leave it there.

    Pleasure.

Time will tell who the manager rates though - once Davies and Sess are fully fit I don't think we'll be seeing much more of Mr Rose. Happy to be proven wrong.

Poch: “I think we did very well. We were very solid. We created a lot of chances.”

Yes, these comments were about todays game!

It worked for Aubameyang in the last NLD. Nothing wrong with expecting consistency. If it was a dive then, he'd have been banned retrospectively.

To be honest we did create some really good chances, Kane hit the post, Kane also took a touch in the box when he should’ve shot first time, Leno made two great saves from Eriksen and Son whilst Sissoko got into two promising positions but in typical Sissoko fashion ****ed them.

But as for being very solid... **** knows how he’s come to that conclusion. Dave and Rose were horrendous on the flanks.
