Actually, I'm going to qualify that tatt comment.

I don't like artistic body art, is that what it's called? I just don't get it.

I do get tatts that are genuinely symbolic. So I get why a soldier would have a tatt done to remember/respect his regiment/colleagues or something tribal like Maori folk have done.

I don't get why people who haven't served in a regiment get tatts like they have done or why footballers get tatts like they are Maori folk.

Football tattoos are just ****.
