My good friend Gonzo, do not be disheartened. It's not Wales people the herd in here dont like. It's anybody who happens to have original thought.

They just dont like that sort of thing.

If you're not a delusional, self absorbed, pretentious little Englander then you will be targeted by the hive.

They are borg like. All think the same. All post the same tedious pish day in, day out.

So, my friend, you should take their aggression as a compliment. You are obviously doing something right.

On the contrary, Port Talbot Steelworks at night, seen when stoned, was a sight to behold. Like you were driving past the set of Blade Runner and Lord of the Rings combined.

Also, he’s not a Sweaty Sock. So there’s a lot for him to be grateful for really.

Went to a game there last season in my vague quest to do the 92 and was pleasantly surprised by the area to one side of the ground towards the shopping centre and river. The other side was essentially a Welsh Luton.

Definitely been to worse places overall. Doncaster, for example.

The Liberty isn't in a good area at all. They're doing some riverside developments, which could improve it but, generally, it's surrounded by the lesser salubrious suburbs of Swansea.

There are worse still a bit further afield too!

Isn't that the case with most Cities though?

On the other side of the coin, not many have a four mile beach which leads to an area of outstanding beauty (which pisses on its English equivalents) and, if you move inland, unspoilt moors leading to mountains, rivers, forests and valleys.

I could think of worst places to live. Loads of them.

Only time I went there I just parked up, went for a mediocre Harvester meal and couple of drinks, saw us meekly get stuffed and drove home. Didn’t seem to be an awful lot around the ground but it was a nice day which makes ****holes look less ****. It was boiling at Newport too actually.

Yeah, not much of actual Swansea to see round there.

Wasn't sure if you'd got train in and seen that bit, which is grim as **** tbf.

There an Independent brewery pub very close (Boss Brewery), which would be a better drink option then Harvester.

The Harvester is very much the mixed home and away fans pub though.

    There's still this season yet.

Be up next season though! Not jumping the gun in any way of course.

Can't say I saw it coming.

He's got a good mix of youngsters and experience. Needs to keep Ayew, which I assume it now being September we will, as he's definitely above championship level.

Routledge and Dyer got very good nous as well and the centre halves and full backs are solid.

Bit thin on the ground if injuries strike though.
