He has children with his ex-wife, a child with another woman and a current partner, so yes he is keeping 3 families. He also sent his children to public school, each of which cost £30k per year. Not bad on a Politician/Journalist's salary.
Depends on how you measure such things. He's been married twice and lives with his girlfriend, despite still being married to wife number two. He has four kids with the current wife, one from an affair and there are rumours of others from his other flings. He's not a fan of commitment, as anyone can probably tell from a few minutes of browsing his history or political statements.

The fact that democracy and the UK are mentioned together is purely gratuitous. Both Northern Ireland and Scotland are hangovers from Empire and really should show you why until Westminster is totally reformed the elite will continue in power as they have for a 1000 years.
