Chelsea FC Player of the Year 1967 - 2011

This is a table of the Chelsea Player of the Year awards from 1967 to 2011.
Frank Lampard has won the award three times (2004, 2005 & 2009)...

And my hero Ozzie only won it once. There aint no justice! Cant believe Erland Johnson won it. I met him in my local Waitrose about a year back. He was staying with a bloke I knew who owned a carpet business and actually laid my carpets!

Is this supposed to be a statement about Lamps? Or just posting something? Or am I missing the point?

I think THFC is a Spurs fan , who has obtained the facts of our Player of the Year history for us(and maybe other clubs) and has very kindly shared the information with us! I knew most of this anyway, but it is still very nice of him to think of us by posting this stuff!

Did one time Chelsea player and ex spurs player and manager Terry Venables win it. How about ex Chelsea player and Tottenham manager George ''Stroller'' Graham win it. How about Tony Hateley or Jimmy Greaves whom played for both Tottenham and Chelsea?

Chesea player of the year was an activity begun in 1967 when Peter Bonetti was the first recipient. All the players you mention had left the club by then.I see Venables quite often at games. He's still a true blue! George Graham had a great spell here for a time, but he went with bad blood and is one of the few greats who has severed all connection with the club.
