No. They are all pretty hopeless. The Assistant Refs do a decent job but seem to be stuck in their roles.
In order for a lino to become a ref they have to drop back down to the bottom and start again, apparently. I haven't researched this myself, so I could well be wrong, but that's the story I've heard from two people involved in it.

There were clips of Ray Parlour with Brazil getting ****faced on red wine doing the rounds on the weekend. One showed him standing on the tube on the way home (presumably), barely remaining awake and rocking a fair bit. I couldn't help but feel that he was making a sensible choice and it seems like some of his colleagues didn't.

I think for the first time in years, Poch wants to win any trophy so he won’t be taking the League cup lightly.
I think he has to win a pot this season, I know it's far easier said than done but with the additions we've made this summer coupled with the fact he's six seasons in now, there aren't really any excuses to not be getting top four and a trophy.
Pressure is certainly on. We’ve reached two finals under Poch, one the CL of all things, and come close to other domestic finals a few times too. Other top 4 clubs are in disarray whereas we have had the opportunity to strengthen for the first time for a while, so it would be a major black mark for Poch to let top 4 slip this time round. While I accept the players can be held responsible to a large extent for results on the pitch especially in one off games like cup finals, Poch has to get his priorities straight and pick teams to give us a chance of delivering silverware this season, whether it’s the League Cup or something more, we need to get something on the board.
And if we win that, all he'll hear is "Well why can't he win the league?" Trinkets and baubles are something for a Christmas tree, not something a manager has to focus on just to get a few twats on Twitter to shut the **** up - because they won't
