Elmo is 6ft, right? so maybe not so bad against the stoke players.. and he would skin the stoke players on the attack

O'shea would be better defender (6ft3), but will he be 100% fit? and he will not offer us the same dimension in attack as a wing back like elmo.

    Its a tough call imo.

I would drop Gardner (didnt do much against chelsea or Swansea imo) and Catts (good at defending but not much else) and play a midfield of:

    Larsson, Vaughn, Colback, Sess

Catts Is good at defending and a fighter. And you want to drop him for colback who only touches a football no more than 5 times a game, don't tackle or attack. Plus the fact he will get bullied the **** out of, nice one, clueless.

Colback is neat and tidy, but he doesn't influence the game at all.

He needs to do a bit more, and until Meyler is fit i'd be playing Catts with either Vaughan, who is a tidy passer, or Gardner, if he finds form.

now this is what i call a decent argument against including colback ahead of catts

just makes you feel better.....about the size of your cock? ;)

FFS grow up boys!! I would definitely not drop Cattermole - He breaks play up better than anyone (including Meyler) - his stats proved that last season. - Just think he should wear a wig and a different name on his back to stop referee's booking him for being Cattermole!!

    i would play

    mig
    oshea bramble brown rico

    seb catts vaughan sess

    ji bendtner

i reakon catts has been quality this year and will get better and better, vaughan deserves a shot because he is a very tidy player and gardner has had his chance and hasnt impresed so give vaughan a chance.. jii has looked very decent when he has been on and he scored last time out so should deff be givin the nod over wickham..

wouldnt be against elmo starting right back either because he is great in the air and likes to bomb down the line..

really fancie are chances this wknd :) ha'way the lads

I'm simply amazed someone has suggested this team. That's gruesome.

    ------------------Migs-------------------
    O'Shea--Bramble--Brown--Colback/Richardson
    Larsson-Sessegnon-Catts--Ji
    -----Wickham----Bendtner

Has Catts not been tried as a CB? He's good at defending and will destroy anyone who comes near him!

See everyone has an opinion but as soon as the team is announced watch everyone complain and ask for Bruce to go. This is going to be a tough game tomorrow and we will do well to win it.
