It's true Brb has banned him many times, it's also true Metths can't help himself.

I think problem is, Matth comes on and is straight on the defensive because he knows he will be attacked. The only way to change that, is to let him type and not reply, then he has nothing to attack. He'll soon get bored, he thrives on the attention.
