I voted Lewis, the reason I find him annoying is his driving etiquette, although to be honest I find his fan boys more annoying than Lewis himself. The Schumacher thing at the weekend is a case in point. If it was the other way around, and Lewis was defending like that, they would be all over these forums saying what a great drive it was, and how committed Lewis is etc. But as soon as it’s against Lewis then that driver has no right to be on the same track as him, and should pull over as soon as they see Lewis in their mirrors. The same with Kobi the pervious race, Lewis admitted it was his mistake but his fanboys where on here saying that Lewis had right of way and Kobi should of put himself on the grass to get out of his way. Last thing that annoys me about Lewis was the ITV coverage of F1 when he started. It was way too over the top, it was basically the Lewis show with some car racing. Neither of these things are his fault, and as a driver I do like him. He is committed, he is very fast, he does learn from his mistakes, he can be very clever on the track, and he does have the potential to be one of the greats.
1: He never learns. 2: His laugh is ******ed. 3: He always blames somebody else involved. 4: He pushes his luck with the stewards. 5: Sometimes talks bollox in interviews "I blew Alonso away" "Nobody takes me on the outside" " Seb=Mansell" 6: Try's to play the dumb ass geato rapper with his stupid fiancé. 7: Has too many hissy fits with the media. 8: His bald patch that he is obviously getting treatment for... 9: Thinks he's bigger than McLaren and F1 and go to any team he wants. 10: Needs to stop the Senna mentality. 11: And maybe a few more...
The guy dresses up in a hoodie with gold chains when he isn't wearing his mclaren gear or having to go to another PR stunt. He try's to act cool when in fact he's a dork just like the rest of us.
So true (see Monza 2008 Hamilton vs. Glock). Well, fans are usually very single-minded, but Hamiltons fans tend to be overboard.
Good points. 12. He fired Anthony after everything his dad had done for him. 13. He is a bad role model to kids (see LewisWDC) 14. Claims to be passionate but he seems more interested being a celebrity 15. All drivers are a bit arrogant, but Hamilton is on another level 16. He's a hypocrite 17. Bad jokes like in Monaco 18. No respect for other drivers
19. Has a superiority complex 20. Has irritating hangers on, who know nothing about F1 21. Thinks he's the greatest ever driver 22. Those poncy earings get on my nerves 23. Him being sponsored by santander made me have to switch banks 24. Believes he's blameless 25. Treats his team like sh*t More to come....
Webber, moan, whine complain, excuse, moan, whine, excuse, excuse, complain, moan whine. Even when he hit Massa he tried to imply it was massa's fault for not giving him any room, despite him being on the outside of the first chicane and just about level.
Me too. I figured that it would be a right good ole "Nothings Happened recently, so let's all make up a thread to unleash hell on Hamilton" event. Some of the things on here astound me. What has a persons choice of clothes or the fact that they're going bald have to do with anything? If you want some tearing apart of celebs, go buy Hello or Take a Break to see you through the gap in races. It sounds like the ramblings of a bunch of bored housewives.
There are some strange reasoning's on here, but each to their own! Vettels finger and "thats what I'm talking about" does it for me. When you step back its a strange way to become annoyed
Yes but who did you vote for I started this thread Because I thought it would be fun and create a bit of banter. I don't buy into that adoration of celebs thing I'm just as good as anyone else on the planet, we are all just humans nothing more nothing less.
I didn't... because it can change depending on who's being a muppet on a given weekend. Each driver can have a tendency to have a sulk or a rant when things aren't going particularly well. Thing is, they're racing drivers. They're a bit temperamental and sometimes egotistical by nature. If anything it annoys me that they are muted to a certain extent. I enjoy a bit of effing and jeffing, the odd tantrum (especially if it includes a steering wheel being used as a shot-put) and even the occasional fisty cuffs. Let em be individual is what I say.
You may be bashed for this but, I agree with some of these.....he needs to tone it down a bit and be a genuine racer... even if he cheated I would still like him better than a popstar style driver. Webber can cut the **** (on Schumacher) also, he tried a flimsy overtake on Massa and ruined his potential race winning car, get Michael sat in there, he would race off into the distance, reality sadly shows that Mercedes are not fast enough. I don't enjoy watching immature short-tempered-spoilt 1-time champions race, I like a tough racer mentality... I was told that I should give up on Schumacher way back in 2010, it is now 2011... and the 42 year old is only 4 points away from Rosberg, I doubt if he did not get the mechanical issues or harsh penalties this year he would be behind Nico right now. Instead he does not listen to gutter prone criticism from lesser trolls and he never has done, and I doubt he ever will.. good on him a real racer, and a truly unforgettable driver. I agree with you 100%.
Nico has had more than a fair share of bad luck as well... but it'll be interesting to see if the pre-Cambrian explosion fossil can get it's lack of an exoskeleton ahead of Rosberg by season's end.
27. He's boring 28. He's boring 29. He's boring 30. He's boring 31. He's boring 32. He's boring 33. He's boring 34. He's boring
